Terms of Service

Adults only — 18+

Fryday is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use any part of Fryday. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are deleted immediately and may be reported to authorities. You may not assist or allow anyone under 18 to use Fryday under any circumstances.

Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded Fryday from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and is not a party to these Terms.

Acceptable use & community guidelines

Fryday is built on respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation of any kind.
  • Sexually explicit content, nudity, or solicitation. Fryday is a dating app, not an adult content platform.
  • Impersonation, catfishing, deceptive identities, or fake photos.
  • Solicitation, escort services, sex work, or any commercial sexual activity.
  • Minors. Profiles of, or content involving, anyone under 18 — zero tolerance, immediate ban and reporting.
  • Illegal activity, drugs, weapons, scams, MLM, crypto pumps, or financial solicitation.
  • Spam, automation, scraping, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
  • Sharing another member's personal information without consent.

Zero-tolerance for objectionable content & abusive users

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Members can report any profile or message inside the app. Our moderation team reviews every report and acts within 24 hours. Actions include warnings, temporary suspension, and permanent ban depending on severity. Users with a permanent ban may not return under another account.

Reporting & blocking

Every profile and conversation includes Report and Block. Blocking is mutual and immediate — neither user appears in the other's discover, matches, or messages. You can also email safety@joinfryday.com.

Meet at your own risk

Fryday connects people who choose to meet in real life. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or off. Meet in public. Tell a friend. Trust your instincts. Leave if something feels wrong. We do not perform criminal background checks. Verification badges indicate that we matched a selfie to the profile photos — they are not a guarantee of identity or character. See our Safety Center for more.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to members.

Your content & license

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, bio, messages). You grant Fryday a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service. We never sell your content.

Disclaimer of warranties

FRYDAY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USING FRYDAY.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRYDAY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FRYDAY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fryday from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your conduct on or off the Service.

Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Pensacola, Florida. You and Fryday each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing legal@joinfryday.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
